Bride's relatives arrive and enter Ayana Villa, Ayana Resort.
Groom's relatives will only enter Ayana Villa once Groom has completed all tasks (refer "Wedding Door Games" below).


9.00am
"Wedding Door Games" start*
"Wedding Door Games" are a prelude to the Wedding Ceremony and are part of a traditional Chinese wedding. The groom, accompanied by his entourage of friends, is required to pick up the bride from her house. However, before the groom, his family and friends are granted entrance into the bride's house, he must complete several tasks to prove his love for the bride.

All welcome to attend.

9.30am
Wedding Door Games finish and Tea Ceremony commences*
Whilst only family will be served tea, friends are welcome to watch.

10.30am
Tea Ceremony finishes.

4.00 - 4.35 pm
Guests - please arrive start arriving at Ayana Resort. I have been advised that there will be golf buggies at the lobby waiting to transport guests to Ayana Wedding Gazebo for a 4.50- 5pm wedding ceremony.

4.35 - 4.45 pm
Guests are seated.

4.50pm -5pm
Wedding ceremony commences.

5.20pm
Wedding ceremony finishes.

Group photos will be taken whilst canapes and drinks will be served to the guests at Ayana Villa**

6.20 - 6.45pm
Guests to make way to wedding reception area***

6.45 - 7pm
Guests to be seated at wedding reception area.

7pm
Wedding reception to start.

10pm
Wedding Reception finishes.

10.30pm onwards
Assuming we can get in, After Party will be at The Rock Bar, Ayana Resort.

*Wedding Door Games and Tea Ceremony to be held at Ayana Villa, Ayana Resort, Jimbaran Bay. Please enquire at Resort reception upon arrival for directions to Ayana Villa. Note that the Groom and his entourage will not be allowed to enter Ayana Villa until he completes the challenges set to him by the bridesmaids!

** The Ayana Wedding Gazebo is located on the lawns of Ayana Villa.
